Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of bearactivewear.net and orders accepted by Atlas Strategic Consultants Pty Ltd through Bear Active Wear. Last updated 27 August 2026.
Catalogue and availability
Product images, colours and dimensions can vary between screens and production runs. A listing does not reserve stock. Availability, supported delivery and the final payable amount are confirmed before payment.
Orders and payment
A device-local bag is not an order. An order is submitted only through an activated hosted checkout. We may reject or cancel an unpaid order where a product is unavailable, an address is unsupported, information appears incorrect or fraud controls require review.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The hosted checkout identifies the accepted payment method and final total before the customer confirms payment.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including acceptable quality and matching their description.
Website use and intellectual property
Bear Active Wear names, artwork, photography and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Customers must not interfere with the site, submit fraudulent orders or attempt to manipulate prices or payment status.
