Shipping and delivery
Bear Active Wear is preparing an Australian launch. Delivery must be confirmed for the address before an order can be accepted.
Delivery availability and cost
Eligible destinations, available shipping methods and the full delivery charge will be displayed during an activated checkout before payment. The site will not accept an order where no supported delivery method is available.
Dispatch and tracking
When an order is dispatched, the customer will receive a fulfilment update using the email supplied at checkout. Tracking is provided where the selected carrier supports it. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Address accuracy and delays
Customers are responsible for checking the delivery name, address and contact details before paying. Contact bearactivewearaus@gmail.com promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Carrier disruption, extreme weather and remote-area handling can affect delivery. We will help investigate a materially delayed, lost or damaged parcel.
